What time do the doors open?
The O2 box office will open for collections at 11am.
The first act will be on stage within The O2 complex from approximately midday.
The O2 arena opening time is still to be confirmed, please check back closer to the time of the event for further details.

What time will the concert end?
The main stage concerts will finish by 11pm. There is an after-show party at Stone Free Festival taking place at Indigo at The O2. Doors will open at 10.15pm. Entry is free with a valid festival ticket.

What time is each artist on stage?
Stage times will be confirmed closer to the time of the event.

What else will be happening at the festival other than the main acts?
There will be many other events taking place throughout the festival including a vinyl fair, fringe stages, a beer garden and more. These will take place within and around The O2 building, some of which will be included within your ticket price and some will be free to enter. Check out the Activities tab for updates as the overall event is planned.

Can I reserve my place at one of the fringe stages?
Similar to all other festivals, the stages within The O2 will be open to all ticket holders subject to capacity. These will be managed on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I leave the main arena once the bands have started?
As per the venue’s policy, there is no re-entry at The O2 arena. Once you have entered the arena for the evening main stage performances, you will not be able to leave and re-enter. The fringe stage performances will finish before the main stage performances start to ensure that attendees do not miss out on any performances.

Are there VIP packages available at Stone Free Festival?
Yes, we have two types of package – our Rock Royalty VIP Gaucho Dining, and our Rock Royalty VIP packages and upgrade options. Please see our VIP Packages page for all further details.

I already have a ticket; can I buy a Rock Royalty upgrade?
Yes – if you follow the buy ticket link you will be able to purchase your ticket to the festival and select a Rock Royalty upgrade to go alongside it. Each ticket holder will need their own Rock Royalty upgrade.

Can I buy a ticket and a Rock Royalty upgrade?
Yes – please follow the instructions in the above question.
