What time do the doors open?
The O2 opens at 9am, with festival festivities within The O2 complex kicking off at midday (12pm).
The O2 arena will open at 6pm on Saturday for the main stage concerts to take place from 7.30pm.

What time will the concert end?
The main stage concerts will finish by 11pm. There is an after-show event at Stone Free Festival on Saturday at Indigo at The O2. Please check back for further details.

What time is each artist on stage?
Stage times will be confirmed closer to the time of the event. Please note The O2 arena will open at 6pm on Saturday for the main stage concerts to take place.

What is the age restriction for this event?
For events taking place at The O2 and Indigo at The O2:
(a) children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over; and
(b) children under 16 cannot enter the standing area and may only enter the event with seated tickets. We will not be liable to refund any standing tickets which have been purchased for use by children under 16 in relation to such events.

All children must hold a ticket to attend the event, including babes in arms. However, it is recommended that very young children do not attend this event due to the danger that loud music can pose to their hearing.

What else will be happening at the festival other than the main acts?
There will be many other events taking place throughout the festival including a vinyl fair, side stages, a beer garden and more. These will take place within and around The O2 building, some of which will be included within your ticket price and some will be free to enter.
