What time do the doors open?
The O2 opens at 9am, with festival festivities within The O2 complex kicking off at midday (12pm).
The O2 arena will open at 6pm on Saturday for the main stage concerts to take place from 7.15pm.

What time will the concert end?
The main stage concerts will finish by 11pm. There is an after-show party at Stone Free Festival taking place at Indigo at The O2. Doors will open at 10.15pm. Entry is free with a valid festival ticket.

What is the age restriction for this event?
For events taking place at The O2 and Indigo at The O2:
children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over.

All attendees to Stone Free Festival must hold a valid ticket. All children must hold a ticket to attend the event, including babes in arms. However, it is recommended that very young children do not attend this event due to the danger that loud music can pose to their hearing.

What else will be happening at the festival other than the main acts?
There will be many other events taking place throughout the festival including a vinyl fair, side stages, a beer garden and more. These will take place within and around The O2 building, some of which will be included within your ticket price and some will be free to enter. Can I reserve my place at one of the fringe stages?
Similar to all other festivals, the stages within The O2 complex will be open to all ticket holders subject to capacity. These will be managed on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I leave the main arena and re-enter?
Customers will not be able to leave and re-enter the main arena after 7pm.
